We work with organisations all over the world to end trauma.
Goal 1: All victims of collective violence receive the evidence-based trauma treatment they need, without undue delay.
Goal 2: Everyone exposed to collective violence through their work is protected from traumatic stress.
Goal 3: Society understands that victims of collective violence suffer psychological trauma, and responds in a trauma-sensitive way.
Goal 4: Collective violence is significantly reduced through the successful action of human rights defenders.
Together we can build a society where we can all live our fullest lives, free from psychological trauma. War and violence have brought trauma into our homes and communities on a scale unseen for a generation. We can respond by informing ourselves about trauma and reaching out to help those around us in a trauma-informed way.

RESOURCES TO HELP HEAL
Vicarious trauma is a very real problem for those exposed to the suffering of others through their work. We enable organisations to mitigate against this, and have a library of resources which can help.
“The transformative impact of my therapist’s intervention is so profound, I struggle to encapsulate it in words.”
“The most important point for me is that I don’t feel like a ‘once in a decade’ case at TTI”
our partnership with HIBISCUs prioritises the wellbeing and development of its staff.
