We are recruiting: Head of Treatment Services, Assistant Psychologist and Business Support & Operations Officer

Quen Geuter, TTI CEO

I am so pleased to be able to announce our latest round of recruitment at Trauma Treatment International, writes CEO Quen Geuter.

Due to the significant growth in need for our work over the last few months, following rapid scaling up of our work since 2022, we are now recruiting to build our internal clinical capacity.

We are seeking a new Head of Treatment Services. This is an exciting role to lead our trauma treatment provision for victims of torture, trafficking, slavery and war. The role will report directly into our Clinical Lead, the wonderful Dr Lotta Raby, and together will continue to build the clinical team and support our worldwide team of expert associates.

TTI’s treatment services client base is unique and the role requires excellent clinical knowledge and skills as well as strong administrative and management experience.

The second clinical role is that of Assistant Psychologist. It has long been an ambition of ours to build career pathways for early career clinical psychologists into trauma treatment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain insight, skills and knowledge into a wide range of clinical areas of work, including trauma treatment, organisational support, training and research. Rhea Tzallas was Assistant Psychologist with TTI in 2023 and talks about her experience here.

With all this growth in our clinical team, it is vital that we match that with strong administrative and management capacity. Following the sad news that Lucy Barker is stepping down from her role as Office Manager in order to focus on her second book, we are recruiting for a Business Support and Operations Officer.

This role will form a vital part of the team, ensuring that we are doing everything we need to do as a charity, including support to the Board of Directors, managing external HR and finance providers, and ensuring systems and processes are robust and efficient. It's the perfect job for someone who loves to move between high-level decision making and day-to-day getting the job done!
