Through our Workforce Trauma project, we work with partners to help them manage risk, prevent trauma and protect staff.
Our partnerships begin with a Trauma Exposure Risk Assessment. This is carried out by a TTI associate and provides an overview of how trauma is affecting the organisation. The assessment enables senior management teams to identify priorities, gaps, strengths and good practice within their organisation as a whole.
To find out more, email projects@tt-intl.org.
we work with organisations to establish staff wellbeing strategies.
These include:
• Supervision or therapy for those at risk of burnout or vicarious trauma
• Group supervision for teams exposed to trauma through working with violent material or with clients who are traumatised
• Training for trustees, leadership teams, frontline staff and volunteers
• Support to embed trauma-informed approaches into policies, including critical incident policies and human resources documents.
• Guidance on how best to support volunteers, trustees and staff with lived experience of violence
