Staff Wellbeing
How to protect your wellbeing and support your team members when working in times of crisis
At TTI we partner with organisations supporting victims of collective violence (torture, trafficking, slavery, war and persecution). We work with staff to mitigate the psychological impact of trauma on staff and volunteers, and the people they serve.
Many of our partners have raised concerns with us about the impact that the policy environment is having, or may have, on their staff and the people they support.
We have compiled Top Tips on burnout, stress, moral injury and vicarious trauma (right) with expert input from our team of psychologists on how to care for yourself and others in your team in times of crisis. We hope these resources help staff to manage at this difficult time.
